Deona Morton, PhD, LCPC is a licensed clinical professional counselor. She specializes in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. Dr. Morton utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop practical coping skills, process difficult experiences, and create meaningful, lasting change.
